Approval of Key Personnel. In addition to the foregoing, the following shall apply to Contractor personnel identified in a Transaction Document as key personnel:
Approval of Key Personnel. 4.3.1 The Key Personnel listed in Annexure-II of this Agreement are hereby approved by the Authority. No other Key Personnel shall be engaged without prior approval of the Authority.
Approval of Key Personnel. The Contractor shall submit detail CV, at least thirty (30) days before each CI/HGPI/ MI or its equivalent inspection for Gas Turbine, Generator & GTG unit self-auxiliaries to Engineer and Project Manager for the approval of the key personnel. Contractor proposed key personnel qualification & experience shall be same or higher than the qualification & experience mentioned in the 6.0 Project Manager, Service Experts (Engineers) & Other Staff. If the proposed key personnel is not acceptable to the BOARD then contractor will re-submit the CV of the exchanged proposed key personnel within seven (07) days.
Approval of Key Personnel. Before assigning an individual to act as one of the Key Personnel, Vendor shall notify Reliance of the proposed assignment and provide a reasonable opportunity for Reliance or its designee representatives to interview the individual, including a resume and such other information about the individual as may be reasonably requested by Reliance. If Reliance in good faith objects to the proposed assignment, the Parties shall attempt to resolve Reliance’s concerns on a mutually agreeable basis. If the Parties have not been able to resolve Reliance’s concerns within [***] Vendor shall not assign the individual to that position and shall propose to Reliance the assignment of another individual of suitable ability and qualifications. Reliance may from time to time change the positions designated as Key Personnel under these General Terms with Vendor’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Approval of Key Personnel. The Contract Administrator will have the right to interview and approve personnel. Resumes of individual personnel will be reviewed and approved by the Department's Contract Administrator before the individual can be assigned work.
Approval of Key Personnel. The positions designated by DIR to be filled by Key Personnel and the Key Personnel that have been selected and approved by DIR as of the Effective Date are identified in the Successful Respondent’s Response. At least thirty (30) days prior to assigning an individual to act as one
Approval of Key Personnel. Before assigning an individual to act as one of the Key Personnel, whether as an initial assignment or a subsequent assignment, CSC shall notify Sears of the proposed assignment, shall introduce the individual to appropriate Sears Personnel, shall provide a reasonable opportunity for Sears Personnel to interview the individual and shall provide Sears with a resume and such other information about the individual as may be reasonably requested by Sears. If Sears in good faith objects to the proposed assignment, the Parties shall attempt to resolve Sears’ concerns on a mutually agreeable basis. If the Parties have not been able to resolve Sears’ concerns within five (5) Business Days of Sears communicating its concerns, CSC shall not assign the individual to that position and shall propose to Sears the assignment of another individual of suitable ability and qualifications.
Approval of Key Personnel. Requirements that key personnel positions in program leadership roles be staffed by citizens of the host country are an excellent way to build local staff capacity and ensure sustainability after activity close-out.
Approval of Key Personnel. (a) Before the assignment of any Key Personnel, Contractor shall provide Owner with resumes detailing the experience of each of such personnel, and the prior approval of Owner shall be required for each such assignment. Owner agrees to approve or disapprove any such personnel within ten (10) Business Days of the receipt of the resume, provided that before the expiration of such ten (10) Business Day period, Owner may request supplemental information regarding such personnel. If supplemental information is requested, Contractor shall supply the requested information within five (5) Business Days and Owner shall have five (5) Business Days after receipt of such information to approve or disapprove the relevant personnel. If any such personnel proposed by Contractor are disapproved by Owner, Contractor shall promptly provide Owner with the resumes of one or more alternative persons, and the procedures set forth above shall apply. If Owner fails to respond within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of the resume or within five (5) Business Days after receipt of supplemental information, as the case may be, then such personnel shall be deemed approved.
(b) Key Personnel may be terminated, transferred, replaced, removed or changed by Contractor provided that Owner has approved Contractor's proposed replacement for any such Key Personnel in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.21(a). If the performance of any Key Personnel is deemed by Owner to be unsatisfactory, Owner shall have the right to request that Contractor replace any of the same.
Approval of Key Personnel. (1) All personnel listed in XXXX’x SOQ will be assigned to the Project and will be dedicated to performing work on the Project at not less than the frequency or amount of time identified in the SOQ.
(2) Prior to the commencement of the Work, XXXX must deliver to City a written proposal identifying the names, duties and titles, and attaching the resumes of each person who XXXX proposes as the Key Personnel.
(3) Except for those Key Personnel identified in the SOQ, City will have the right to disapprove XXXX'x choice of any Key Personnel, provided City does so by giving written notice to XXXX.
(4) If City disapproves any of XXXX'x proposed Key Personnel, XXXX must provide City with the name and qualifications of proposed alternates and the procedure will continue until a complement of Key Personnel who meet with City's approval is selected.
(5) Each Key Personnel will remain assigned to the Project throughout the Project’s duration; and
(6) As long as each Key Personnel remains employed by XXXX or its Subcontractors, he or she must not be discharged, reassigned, replaced, or have his or her responsibility diminished without City's prior written consent.
