Other Key Personnel. Special training will be given to the following Hospital Personnel not otherwise trained as provided above: all clinical directors and nursing supervisors; personnel who staff the Admission desk (or its equivalent for in-patient registration), the Central Registry desk (or its equivalent for out-patient registration), and the General Information desk; all triage nurses and other triage professionals; and all heads of each department in which communication with Patients occurs. Such training will cover all of the subject matters listed above in Paragraph 51. Such training shall be provided within one hundred-twenty (120) days of the effective date of this Agreement and annually thereafter.

Personnel responsible for billing and insurance issues who routinely interact with Patients and Companions will receive training on the availability of auxiliary aids and services and the existence in the Hospital of an Information Office and Administrator(s).

Other Key Personnel. The parties acknowledge and agree that the following additional employees of ThermoRetec are critical to ThermoRetec's performance hereunder: {*}, {*} and {*}. ThermoRetec shall use reasonable efforts to retain these employees for a term of at least two (2) years after the Effective Date. ThermoRetec shall not replace any of these named individuals in connection with the provision of Services without the prior written consent of AGLC. Whenever possible, ThermoRetec shall give AGLC at least sixty (60) days advance notice of a change in the employment status, position or availability of these employees for the provision of the Services.
Other Key Personnel. Other changes in key personnel shall be communicated in writing to City prior to the effective date of the change or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

Other Key Personnel. Within thirty (30) days of execution of this Contract, Xxxxxxxxx, XX Law, and Xxxx Xxxxx will each provide the names of any other individuals who will perform duties to directly support the person offered as the Lead Employees. The role and crucial duties these individuals will perform shall be identified in writing by Xxxxxxxxx, XX Xxx, and Xxxx Xxxxx for their respective personnel. Xxxxxxxxx, XX Law, and Xxxx Xxxxx shall provide a written update as names are added or subtracted.
Other Key Personnel. 4.2.1. The Sub-Center represents that it has, or will secure at its own expense, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, all personnel, as employees of the Sub-Center, necessary to perform the work and services required to be performed by the Sub-Center under this Contract with the Lead Center’s approval of individual hired as Director.
4.2.2. Such personnel may not be employees of or have any contractual relationship with the Lead Center and no such personnel are eligible for any employee benefits, unemployment compensation or any other benefits accorded to Lead Center employees.
4.2.3. Sub-Center shall pay when due all required employment taxes and income tax withholding. All of the services required hereunder will be performed by the Sub- Center or under its supervision, and all personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized under State and local law to perform such services, as stated in the Grant Ageement and Exhibit B.
