Approval of Temporary or Limited Activities. Notwithstanding any provision of this Article to the contrary, the Director of Airports may, at his or her sole discretion, give written authorization for the following activities on the Premises: (i) activities of a temporary nature, not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, and (ii) activities of a limited nature which do not exceed ten (10) hours per week. Lessee shall maintain, on an approved County form, a listing of all such activities approved by the County, stating the nature, duration and other relevant matters regarding such activities, and shall make such form available to County for inspection upon request. Nothing herein shall relieve Lessee from its responsibilities under this Lease, and Lessee shall be responsible for insuring that any such activity approved by the County complies with all of the provisions of this Lease. Any such temporary or limited activity shall be subject to immediate termination upon delivery of written notification thereof from the County.
