Common use of Approved Leave of Absence During Vacation Clause in Contracts

Approved Leave of Absence During Vacation. ‌ When an employee is in receipt of the Short-Term Illness and Injury Plan (STIIP) benefits or on leave with pay in accordance with Clauses 20.1 and 20.5 during his vacation period, there shall be no deduction from the vacation credits for such leave.
