Approved Master Plan. Borrower shall comply in all material respects with the Approved Master Plan and shall not enter into or otherwise suffer or permit any amendment, waiver, supplement, termination or other modification of any of the Approved Master Plan if such amendment, waiver, supplement, termination or other modification could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the condition (financial or otherwise) or business of Borrower, Mortgage Borrower, Operating Lessee or the condition or ownership of the Pledged Collateral or the Property.
Approved Master Plan. The Castle Rock Landing on the Cowlitz Master Plan (aka Landing on the Cowlitz) as approved by the City Council includes the following documents and are hereby adopted by reference (Project).
Approved Master Plan. A Master Plan and Planned Unit Development were approved for 50 residential lots featuring front- and rear-loaded homes. As part of the Planned Unit Development, a site-specific plan was approved by Town Council. Construction Drawings are nearing approval, and the site was annexed in August 2023.

Approved Master Plan. In consultation with the PFZA, the Company shall finalize and implement an Approved Master Plan for development of the Site. The Company will subsequently develop and operate the Project in accordance with the Approved Master Plan.

  • Master Plan The School shall prepare its own facility master plan in compliance with the rules of the Public School Capital Outlay Council and the Public Schools Capital Outlay Actxxvi.

  • Approved Plan The Subrecipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out pursuant to the Grantee’s specifications an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1966. The Grantee shall provide Affirmative Action guidelines to the Subrecipient to assist in the formulation of such program. The Subrecipient shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action Program for approval prior to the award of funds.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

  • Approved Plans Plans and specifications prepared by the applicable Architect for the respective Improvements and approved by Landlord and, to the extent applicable, Tenant in accordance with Paragraph 2 of this Workletter, subject to further modification from time to time to the extent provided in and in accordance with such Paragraph 2.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • As-Built Plans Within thirty (30) days after completion of Tenant’s Changes requiring the submission of plans to Landlord, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord a complete set of “as-built” plans and specifications.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant- assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Operating Plan To Agent and Lenders, as soon as available, but not later than thirty (30) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, an annual combined operating plan (the "Operating Plan") for Parent and its Subsidiaries, approved by the Board of Directors of Parent, for the following Fiscal Year, which (i) includes a statement of all of the material assumptions on which such plan is based, (ii) includes projected monthly income statement, balance sheets and source and use of funds for the following year and (iii) Borrowing Availability projections, all prepared on the same basis and in similar detail as that on which operating results are reported (and in the case of cash flow projections, representing management's good faith estimates of future financial performance based on historical performance), and including plans for personnel, Capital Expenditures and facilities.

  • Approval of Plans and Specifications The Plans and Specifications will conform to the requirements and conditions set out by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, and to all governmental authorities which exercise jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
