Article III, E. 3 Revise the title of E.3 to read as: Physician and Other Health Services Add the following as new after the first paragraph: Note: Private duty nursing and personal care services are not covered for the Benchmark or Core Plan members, and home health services are not covered for Core Plan members. Provider-administered drugs (as defined by the Department in the maximum allowable fee schedule), will no longer be covered through the capitation rate. Physician and lab services are covered under BadgerCare Plus Core Plan, regardless of whether the service is a family planning service. Additional family planning services provided in family planning clinics are covered on a fee-for-service basis under the Family Planning Waiver.

This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data (i) for adaptive learning or customized student learning (including generating personalized learning recommendations); or (ii) to make product recommendations to teachers or LEA employees; or (iii) to notify account holders about new education product updates, features, or services or from otherwise using Student Data as permitted in this DPA and its accompanying exhibits.
