Article Title: Termination and Renewal. 1. The effective date of this agreement is July 1, 2020, and it shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2023, at which time all parts of this Agreement shall expire.

The effective date of this agreement is July 1, 20202017, and it shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 20232020, at which time all parts of this Agreement shall expire. If either party desires to open this agreement for negotiations, it shall give written notice to the other party by certified mail, return receipt requested, not later than February 1, 2020 for negotiation of the entire agreement. If either party requests negotiations in accordance with the above, the parties will commence negotiations as soon as a mutually acceptable date is agreed to prior to April 1, 2020.
