Common use of Assessment Content Clause in Contracts

Assessment Content. On termination or expiry of Customer’s license to use Assessment Content, Customer will immediately cease all use of and delete all Assessment Content from the OnDemand Service. Customer will not retain any copies of Assessment Content following termination or expiry of its license to use Assessment Content.
