Assignment of Duties From Another Classification. Where the Hospital revises the job content of an existing classification in such a manner that duties of another classification are assigned to it, the following shall apply: (a) An employee who occupies a position which is revised in accordance with this article, and who is physically incapable of performing the revised position, will not be required to perform those additional duties which exceed the employee's physical capabilities provided the employee's physician provides documentation to the Hospital of such limitation.
