ASSIGNMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL. Teachers assigned to a position due to a response to a posted vacancy will be done in accordance with Article XXXIV of this Agreement. Vacancies or newly created positions in which no internal interest is present will be filled upon recommendation to the Board by the Superintendent in accordance with Board Policy and state law.

ASSIGNMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL. 7-1 The Board will assign personnel on the basis of their qualifications, the needs of the district, and their expressed desires. When it is not possible to meet all three conditions, personnel shall be assigned first in accordance with the needs of the district, second where the administration feels the teacher is most qualified to serve, third as to expressed preference of teachers. Under no circumstances will a professional teacher be assigned to a position for which he/she is not qualified and certifiable by the State Department of Education Bureau of Certification for Educational Personnel.
ASSIGNMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL. The basic consideration in the assignment of professional personnel in the District and/or school is the well-being of the program of instruction. The appropriateness of the assignment will have a significant impact on the morale of the professional staff and the effectiveness of the total educational program.   • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.
