Assistance in Living Unit Sample Clauses

Assistance in Living Unit. The Community operates an assistance in living unit (“Assistance in Living Unit”) for primary use by the residents of the Community. The Assistance in Living Unit shall provide programs for assistance with daily living, including, nursing, home health aide and homemaker services as deemed medically necessary and appropriate by the Medical Director, and intermittent access to nursing and home health services provided through a visiting nurse arrangement. Admission to the Assistance in Living Unit shall be subject to, among other requirements, unit availability, appropriate arrangements for payment for care, and qualifying physical or related condition based on the sole determination of the Medical Director.

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities a. The following Health Care Services may be Covered Services when you are a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility: i. room and board;

  • TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM A. As part of the University policy to encourage staff members to further their formal education, the Tuition Assistance Program for Employees was established. Under the Tuition Assistance plan, qualified Employees will be issued vouchers which will enable them to register without paying tuition. (Incidental fees, however, must be paid by the Employee.)

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
