Assistant Head Meat Cutter. In each store in which three (3) or more full-time Meat Cutters are employed, in addition to the Head Meat Cutter, an Assistant Head Meat Cutter shall be designated and shall receive an additional twenty-three dollars ($23.00) per week or one dollar and twenty-one cents ($1.21) per hour for time during which he relieves the Head Meat Cutter, whichever is the greater. In each store in which two (2) regular full-time Meat Cutters are employed, in addition to the Head Meat Cutter, and eighty (80) additional hours per week are worked in the Bargaining Unit, but excluding hours worked in the Delicatessen Department, an Assistant Head Meat Cutter shall be designated and shall receive an additional twenty-two dollars ($22.00) per week or one dollar and twenty-one cents ($1.21) per hour for time during which he relieves the Head Meat Cutter, whichever is the greater. In the event that the designated Assistant Head Meat Cutter assumes the responsibility of the Head Meat Cutter for more than one (1) week or if the regular Assistant Head Meat Cutter is absent for any reason for more than one (1) week, a temporary Assistant Head Meat Cutter shall be designated.

An employee responsible for the operation of the Delicatessen Department Will be paid the rate as set out in Appendix A of this Agreement. No Delicatessen Department Manager will receive a reduction in pay by reason of this provision provided the same, or substantially the job responsibilities are continued. An employee responsible for the operation of a Fish as such, will be paid the rate as set out in Appendix "A" of this Agreement. No Fish Department Manager will receive a reduction in pay by reason of this provision provided the same, or substantially the same, job responsibilities are continued.

  • Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications: (a) A doctoral degree; (b) Aptitude for teaching university students. The doctoral requirement may be waived if the Candidate has a record of suitable teaching, scholarship as defined in Article 1.1(n); or, in lieu of such a record, has professional qualifications and experience to enable him/her to make an appropriate academic contribution to the University.

  • Assistant Treasurers and Assistant Secretaries The assistant treasurers and assistant secretaries shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them by the treasurer or the secretary, respectively, or by the chairman and chief executive officer, the president or the Management Committee.

  • President and Vice Presidents The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust. The president shall, subject to the control of the Trustees, have general charge and supervision of the business of the Trust. Any vice president shall have such duties and powers as shall be designated from time to time by the Trustees.

  • Treasurer; Assistant Treasurer The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and shall, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser, sub-adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President. Any Assistant Treasurer shall have such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or the President.

  • Assistant Secretaries Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, Assistant Secretaries, if there are any, shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Member, the President, any Vice President, if there are any appointed, or the Secretary, and in the absence of the Secretary or in the event of his disability or refusal to act, shall perform the duties of the Secretary, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Secretary.

  • Assistant Treasurers The Assistant Treasurers will, in the absence or disability of the Treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and will perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Managers may from time to time prescribe.

The Treasurer, subject to the order of the Board, shall have the custody of all funds and securities of the Company. The Treasurer shall perform all other duties commonly incident to his office and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as this Agreement, the Board or a President, shall designate from time to time. The Assistant Treasurers shall exercise the power of the Treasurer during that Officer’s absence or inability or refusal to act. Each of the Assistant Treasurers shall possess the same power as the Treasurer to sign all certificates, contracts, obligations and other instruments of the Company. If no Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer is appointed and serving or in the absence of the appointed Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer, a President or such other Officer as the Board shall select, shall have the powers and duties conferred upon the Treasurer.

  • Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer The Treasurer shall have the custody of the Company funds and securities and shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company and shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Board. The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Board, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the President and to the Board, at its regular meetings or when the Board so requires, an account of all of the Treasurer’s transactions and of the financial condition of the Company.   • Vice Presidents The Vice Presidents will, subject to the control of the Member, perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the President and will have the general powers and duties usually vested in the office of vice president of corporations, and will have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Member. In the case of the death, disability or absence of the President, a Vice President shall perform and be vested with all the duties and powers of the President until the Member appoints a new President.
