Association Identification. No member of the bargaining unit shall be prevented from wearing pins or other identification of membership in the Association or its affiliates. Employees shall have the right to organize, join, and assist the Association and to engage in other activities individually or in concert, for the purpose of establishing, maintaining, protecting, or improving conditions of employment service and the quality of the educational program.
