Use of School Building. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings, subject to the approval of the Chief School Administrator as to time and place. The Chief School Administrator shall be notified sufficiently in advance of such meeting so that modification of requests will not result in hardship. It is understood that this right shall not preempt scheduled activities.
Use of School Building a. The Association shall have the right to use the school buildings for Association meetings before or after the teacher workday.

Use of School Building. The local Association shall have the right, upon approval of the Superintendent or his designee to use the school building for meetings at a time when school is not in session, provided that such meetings do not interfere with instructional and/or extra-curricular programs. The Superintendent or his designee shall approve all meeting areas.

After dismissal of students for the day and prior to 5:00 p.m., the Association may use certain facilities, without cost, for its regular meetings, special meetings, etc., provided that the Superintendent or his designee is notified in advance and approves the request, and determines that such use does not conflict with or interrupts normal school operations. All requests for use of school facilities after 5:00 p.m. on holidays and/or weekends must likewise be authorized by the Superintendent or his designee. The Association agrees to see that the building is properly secured before the last member's departure.
Use of School Building. The Superintendent or his designee shall grant the Federation the use of the District’s buildings consistent with the policies of the District.

Use of School Building. The Association shall have the privilege of using the Faculty\Staff room and other areas of the school building at reasonable hours for meetings. Request for the use of such facilities shall be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, except in the case of emergency, to the Chief School Administrator or Principal and permission for such use will not be denied unless it interferes with the regularly scheduled school program, or other Board-sanctioned or sponsored events.
Use of School Building. The Board agrees that the Association may use school buildings under the same conditions that other community groups are allowed to use said buildings.
Use of School Building. The right to use school buildings to conduct the business of the Association shall be granted upon written notice to the Building Principal. Such use shall be at no cost to the Association except the Association shall reimburse the board for any actual costs incurred by reason of the Association’s use. The Building Principal shall deny the Association’s use of the building if such use reasonably interferes with the scheduled use of the building.
