At will employment means employment that may be terminated for any reason or no reason with minimum notice to the employee consistent with the employer's designated payroll cycle.

• Executive shall continue to be obligated by the At-Will Employment and the Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement previously entered into with the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”).
