Athletic Coaches. Hereinafter singularly designated as Department Chair and the academic unit as the Department. Section 2. The terms "Faculty," "members of the Faculty" and "Faculty members" whenever used in the Agreement are defined to include only those Faculty members who are included in the bargaining unit pursuant to Section 1 of this Article. Section 3. The University will deduct dues in amounts specified by the Association from the pay of members of the Faculty upon receipt of individually-signed authorizations on a form which has been agreed upon by the University and the Association. If a Faculty member has revoked membership in the Association, the Association will promptly notify the University. Section 4. The University's obligation to make deductions for membership dues shall terminate automatically upon termination of employment. Section 5. The Association agrees that it will indemnify and hold the University harmless from any and all claims, damages, actions, or suits of any nature arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with the enforcement or application of this Article.
