Part-Time Faculty Members. For purposes of defining parity between Full-Time and Part-Time Faculty, “standard assignments” will be used. These standard assignments are not intended to alter full-time faculty obligations as defined in the remainder of the agreement.

Part-Time Faculty Members. Sections 1, 2, 3 (except for winter or summer session teaching), 10, 12, and 19 of this Article shall not apply to Part-Time Faculty Members.
Part-Time Faculty Members. Each semester, Part-Time Faculty Members shall be entitled to leave of absence for illness or injury, credited in hours, in the amount of the number of regular weekly hours in their assignment for that semester. For non-teaching assignments, the number of regular weekly hours assigned shall be confirmed in writing to the Payroll Department by the Xxxx of the Part-Time Faculty Member's division at the beginning of each semester. This shall not apply to on-call assignments. Unless otherwise provided by law, all such earned and accumulated leave will be carried forward from semester to semester providing that the Part-Time Faculty Member does not have a break in service of more than three consecutive semester.
Part-Time Faculty Members. Part-time faculty are considered members of the Bargaining Unit if they are employed for 20% percent (20%) or more of a full-time faculty load in a semester or 20 percent (20%) or more lecture equivalent hours in a semester. Part-Time Faculty Members. (a) Effective January 1, 2001, the Part-time Lecture Stipend Per Semester Schedule will be adjusted to provide a six-step schedule with a Bachelors Column I and a Masters Column II. The same academic preparation will be required for each column as provided in the Agreement for Full-time Faculty. Each of the six (6) steps shall be equivalent to 52% of a Full-time lecture load on Columns I and II, Steps 4 through 9 of the Full-time Academic Salary Schedule. The only unit members who will be placed on Column I will be those initially hired on or after August 1, 2001 who do not qualify for Column II. A copy of the new Lecture Schedule in Appendix D-1.
