Judicial and Official Appearances. ‌ The District will grant a leave of absence to a Full-Time or Part-Time Faculty Member for a judicial or other official appearance in a proceeding in which the District is a party so long as the Full-Time or Part-Time Faculty Member's appearance in such proceeding is determined by the District to be in support of the District's position in that proceeding.
