ATM Access. If you have received a personal identification number (PIN), you may use your Card and PIN to obtain Cash Advances at any Automatic Teller Machine ("ATM") that accepts your Card. Your PIN is confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone. You agree not to write your PIN on your Card, you will not keep your Card and PIN together, and you will not provide your PIN to anyone who is not an authorized user. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, advances through ATM access will be treated as Cash Advances under this Agreement. Advances at authorized ATMs are limited to a total of $220.00 during any 24-hour period. The total of all cash advances on your VISA Account and any withdrawals from your other accounts through an ATM in any 24-hour period may be combined for the purpose of this limitation. Although we do not charge a fee for this service, others may. Owners of ATMs that we do not own may charge fees in addition to any fees disclosed in this Agreement. This is not a fee charged by your Credit Union; however, any such fee will be added to your account. (Effective April 15, 2011)You will have access to Money Transfer Services upon your successful enrollment in the Money Transfer Services Program (MTS), you may use your Card to transfer funds to, or receive funds from, any Card that has been enrolled in MTS by another Participant. The minimum Transmittal Amount is $1.00 and the maximum Transmittal Amount is $2,500.00. You may not transfer more than $2,500.00 per day or more than $10,000.00 per month. In addition you may not receive more than $2,500.00 per day or $10,000.00 per month. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any MTS request in our sole discretion. Only you may access MTS and initiate a request using your Card. You may only have one Card enrolled in MTS at any one time. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, and following successful transmission of your request to the Issuer, the Issuer will transfer funds to the designated Recipient’s Card pursuant to such request and debit the transmittal amount and any applicable fees from your card balance. You may use your Card and PIN to access cash via a participating Automated Teller Machine ("ATM"). Do not write or keep your PIN with your Google Wallet Card. If you believe your PIN has been compromised, please immediately contact the Customer Service Number. To get cash, use the "withdrawal from checking" option at an ATM. Acceptance within ATM Networks may change at any time. Use of the Card at ATMs is subject to all applicable fees, surcharges, rules and customs of any clearinghouse, ATM network, or other institution or association involved with the transaction. ATM Access. If you have a checking account you may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in automated teller machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, PLUS, Pulse, MasterCard, American Express, Novus, and Cirrus networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. At the present time, you may use your card to: -Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts at North East Texas Credit Union ATMs. -Withdraw funds from your savings, checking and Line-of-Credit accounts. -Transfer funds from your savings, checking and Line-of-Credit accounts. -Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. -Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Line-of-Credit accounts. The following limitations on ATM Access transactions may apply: -You may make 99 cash withdrawals in any one (1) day. -You may withdraw up to a maximum of $1,005.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. -You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. -See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.
