ATTACHMENT B PROPOSAL COST SUMMARY. In accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of this Agreement to which this Exhibit C is attached, the Contractor shall only be compensated as set forth herein below for work performed in accordance with Exhibit A, Scope of Work. This is a Fixed Price Agreement for the term of Three Years, between the County and Contractor for Custodial Maintenance Services at Xxxx Xxxxx Airport. The agreement may be renewed for two additional years with County of Orange Board of Supervisors approval. County agrees to compensate the Contractor the fixed monthly rate set forth herein. Contractor agrees to accept same as full remuneration for full services performed in connection with the requirements as set forth, in the Price Agreement and Exhibit A. This is an all-inclusive, fixed price, not to exceed maximum firm fixed price CONTRACT between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR for services defined in Attachment A - Scope of Work. CONTRACTOR agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this CONTRACT as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing, labor, insurance and bonds, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, overhead, travel, etc. required for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by CONTRACTOR of all its duties and obligations hereunder. CONTRACTOR shall only be compensated as set forth herein below for work performed in accordance with the Scope of Work. COUNTY shall have no obligation to pay any sum in excess of total CONTRACT amount specified herein unless authorized by amendment in accordance with Articles “C – Amendments” and “R – Changes”.

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.
