Attendance at University Courses and at Training Programs. An employee, upon request of their supervisor and Employer operations permitting, will either be excused without pay or scheduled for "make-up" in order to permit their enrollment in an academic course in the University or in a local training program or course that is relevant to their University career. Time an employee is in attendance at training program or University classes, when requested by their supervisor, shall be with pay.
