Attendance Bonus. Each teacher shall be credited with a five hundred dollar ($500) attendance incentive for the first semester. For each occurrence of either sick leave or unpaid leave (per current language and application) the incentive shall be decreased in the amount of one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125). At the end of the semester, the teacher will be entitled to any remaining funds, which shall be paid in the second pay of January. Each teacher shall be credited with a six hundred dollar ($600) attendance incentive for the second semester. For each occurrence of either sick leave or unpaid leave (per current language and application) the incentive shall be decreased in the amount of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150). At the end of the semester, the teacher will be entitled to any remaining funds, which shall be paid in the second pay of June.
