Attendance Recording. The User Attendance Sheet is available on a clipboard in the Yellow Box on the wall outside the Kitchen in the courtyard. A representative from each user group must complete this sheet every time they use the Centre. This information is necessary for funding applications, Auckland Council reports, and adheres to Health & Safety requirements.

This statistical information is required for our funding applications and Council reports, and is a Health & Safety requirement. Bookings – All GCC operates under the Covid-19 Traffic Light System (TLS) and Vaccine Passports and face masks are required (See COVID-19 section)

Attendance Recording. An attendance recorder is installed at a convenient location near the Administrative Building. For administrative, payroll security and safety purposes, employees are required to record times when entering and leaving the premises.

  • Attendance Records MATC shall provide MPS with the attendance records of pupils attending MATC pursuant to this Agreement on a weekly basis. MATC shall implement an attendance policy as stipulated by the MATC Attendance Policy provided in Appendix B.

  • Attendance Use best efforts to attend scheduled meetings of Company’s Board of Directors;

  • Maintenance Records All maintenance work orders for the prior 12 months.

  • Tape Recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.

  • Perfect Attendance A bonus for perfect attendance will be paid to both full and part-time employees. The amount of $100 will be paid for the first quarter of perfect attendance, $125 for the second accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, $150 for the third accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, and $250 for the fourth quarter of accumulated perfect attendance. Payment for perfect attendance shall be reflected in the second paycheck each January and July for qualifying Association members. These pay days may be adjusted if the school calendar changes. In order to be considered for perfect attendance no sick leave, personal leave days, partial days, or days without pay may be used during the quarter.

  • Telephone Recording Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.

  • Attendance Management Days of absence arising out of a medically-established serious chronic condition, an ongoing course of treatment, a catastrophic event, absence for which WSIB benefits are payable, medically necessary surgical interventions, or days where the employee is asymptomatic and is under a doctor’s care from the commencement of symptoms for a confirmed communicable disease (and has provided medical substantiation of such symptoms) but is required to be absent under the Hospital or public health authority protocol, will not be counted for the purposes of being placed on, or progressing through, the steps of an attendance management program. Leaves covered under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 and leaves under Article 11 will not be counted for the purposes of being placed on, or progressing through, the steps of an attendance management program.

  • Time Recording The instrumentation shall enable the action to be recorded throughout its duration and readings to be made to within one one-thousandth of a second; The beginning of the impact at the moment of first contact between the headform and the item being tested shall be detected on the recordings used for analysing the test.
