Common use of Attire Clause in Contracts

Attire. Employees who are scheduled to appear in court during a workday shall be dressed in appropriate courtroom attire during business hours. Employees who are not scheduled to appear in court may dress in business-casual attire during business hours. Employees dressed in business-casual attire shall store or bring appropriate courtroom attire to the workplace in the event that an unscheduled appearance is required.
