Authority Rules and Regulations Sample Clauses

Authority Rules and Regulations shall collectively mean the lawful rules and regulations governing the conduct and operation of the Airport promulgated from time to time by the Authority pursuant to Applicable Laws including, without limitation, Policies, Standard Procedures and Operating Directives, and the Airport Security Plan, as well as the Airport Certification Manual, Ground Operations Manual, Surface Movement Guidance, Control System Plan and Airport Emergency Plan, Wildlife Hazard Management Plan, and any other operational matters related to the operation of the Airport , in each case as such may be in force and as amended from time to time.

Authority Rules and Regulations. The Lessee, while exercising the rights granted under this Lease, shall observe and obey all rules and regulations of the Authority, as such rules and regulations may be amended or modified from time to time.

Authority Rules and Regulations. The Authority reserves the right to alter its rules and regulations from time to time; and if it does so, Developer agrees to change its construction techniques prospectively, after Notice by Authority to Developer to conform with the revised rules and regulations of the Authority. Adherence to all Authority Rules and Regulations is considered mandatory. Further, Developer also agrees to construct the System strictly in accordance with the specifications for the construction of sewers as adopted by the Authority, known as "Specifications for the Construction of Sanitary Sewers Lines with Appurtenances". Developer further agrees that in the event it enters into an agreement with any contractor for construction of the System as contemplated herein, Developer shall insert the above requirement in such Agreement with the contractor and furnish the contractor with a copy of same. Authority Rules and Regulations. Lessee shall observe and comply with all reasonable rules and regulations of Authority which now exist or may hereinafter be promulgated from time to time governing all matters relating to the Airport, including, without limitation, access, use, safety and conduct of operations at the Airport and the safe use of Airport facilities. Authority shall, at Xxxxxx’s written request, furnish a copy of all such rules and regulations, and any amendments thereto, to Lessee. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended, nor shall be construed, as a waiver by either party of any right to assert any claim or defense, or raise any issue in any context or forum including, but not limited to, a court or administrative forum, regarding the preemption by federal law, including but not limited to the Airline Deregulation Act (49 U.S.C. §41713), of any state or local law or ordinance, or of the rules and regulations of Authority.
