If your employer(s) has rights to intellectual property that you create that includes your Contributions, you represent that you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer, that your employer has waived such rights for your Contributions to OIDF, or that your employer has executed a separate Corporate CLA with OIDF
AUTHORITY TO MODIFY No modification or change in this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable against UNICEF unless provided by a written amendment to this Agreement signed by a duly authorized officer of UNICEF and an Authorized Officer of IP.
Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire 36.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement and deposit the same in the Escrow Account. AUTHORITY TO TRANSACT BUSINESS The Contractor must, pursuant to Code of Virginia § 2.2-4311.2, be and remain authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia during the entire term of this Contract. Otherwise, the Contract is voidable at the sole option of and with no expense to the County.
AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE The CONTRACTOR hereby represents and warrants that it has and will continue to maintain all licenses and approvals required to, conduct its business, and that it will at all times conduct its business activities in a reputable manner. Proof of such licenses and approvals shall be submitted to the COUNTY upon request.
