Common use of Authorization for Deductions Clause in Contracts

Authorization for Deductions. The Court shall arrange for the City to deduct Association dues, initiation fees, premiums for insurance programs and political action fund contributions from an employee's pay upon receipt by the City’s Controller of a form from the employee authorizing such deductions. The Court shall arrange for the City to pay over to the Association all sums so deducted. Upon request of the Association, the Court agrees to meet with the Association to discuss and attempt to resolve issues pertaining to delivery of services relating to such deductions.
