Unit Information. Management will provide the Union, within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this MOU and each thirty (30) calendar days thereafter, with a list of employees in alphabetical order, their employee identification numbers, addresses, class titles, class codes, membership status, and work location by department, office or bureau, as well as division if such information is readily available. All information shall be provided to the Union electronically. The means of provision and the substance of the requisite information may be changed by mutual agreement.

All information shall be provided to the Association electronically in a file format or through a readily accessible database. Unit Information. On a bi-weekly basis, the SFMTA shall also provide the Association with an electronic list of all covered employees containing the following information for all represented employees:

The College shall provide electronically to the Union a list of the names, home telephone numbers (if available), home addresses, campus e-mail addresses, and the class schedules of all members of the bargaining unit who are currently teaching within six weeks from the first day of classes for the fall term and spring term. Such list for the summer term(s) will be provided no later than October 1.
Unit Information. The District shall provide the ACE with contact information for unit members as a list of the following information, with each field in its own column, for all bargaining unit members within five (5) business days of the last payroll date of September, January, and May as follows:

Unit Information. Management will continue to comply with California Code, Government Code – GOV § 3558 by providing the Association with the name, job title, department, work location, home address, work, home, and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses on file with the Department at least every 120 days. Once the bargaining unit member’s personal information is provided to the Association, the Association will assume responsibility to properly secure it. The Association shall indemnify and hold harmless the City for any claims made by a bargaining Unit member for the loss, alleged improper use, or unauthorized release of their personal information.
