Authorized End Users. Individuals or organizations that are eligible to use the Ser- vices by statute, also known as Customers.
Authorized End Users. Where applicable, Licensor will provide Licensee with a username and/or password for each Authorized End User. At the initial login, each Authorized End User will be given the option to change the default password provided by Licensor to a personalized password that will enable such Authorized End User to access the Rosetta Stone Product in accordance with this Agreement. If Licensee is a Rosetta Stone Online User, the transmission of any Authorized End User’s name or password to allow any other person to use Rosetta Stone Online is expressly prohibited.
Authorized End Users. You acknowledge that we will rely on information provided by you. You agree to provide such information that is reasonably requested by us from time to time, including (i) a comprehensive list of all current and (to the extent then known) potential Authorized End Users, (ii) the email addresses and/or phone numbers of Authorized End Users, (iii) student demographic information, and (iv) headcount data.
Authorized End Users. The Business Online Administrator may elect to establish additional Authorized End Users for access to the Service. The Business Online Administrator is responsible for setting up Authorized End Users and for ensuring that access to Accounts and Online Services are appropriately established, changed and/or deleted. You are solely responsible for purchasing, obtaining, installing, and operating any and all hardware and software, including anti‐virus software, needed to access the Service and shall be responsible for maintaining such hardware and software in proper operating condition, including any mandatory maintenance service programs prescribed by us. We are not responsible for any errors or failures from any malfunction of your computer or any virus or other problems related to the use of the Service. We are not responsible for any error, damages or other loss you may suffer due to malfunction or misapplication of any system you use, including your browser (Microsoft Explorer, Safari or otherwise), your Internet Service Provider, your software or any equipment you may use (including your telecommunications facilities, computer hardware and Internet connection) to access the Service or communicate with us.
Authorized End Users. On a regular basis, Participant will identify to IHP Participant staff who will need to access the Software on behalf of the Participant as authorized end users in order to ensure their completion of required training. Participant shall promptly notify IHP whenever an authorized end user is added, removed by reason of termination of employment, or an authorized end user’s scope of need to access the Software has changed in a material way. Participant shall be responsible for ensuring its authorized end users establish, manage and protect the confidentiality relevant passwords in accordance with applicable Arcadia and/or IHP policies. Any authorized end user of Participant who fails to act in accordance with the applicable requirements and restrictions for use of the Software may be subject to having his or her access to the Software suspended or terminated either by IHP or Arcadia.
Authorized End Users. Subscriber may permit an Authorized End User to access and use the Application Services in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Subscriber shall be liable for all acts and omissions of, and any breach of this Agreement caused by its Authorized End Users.
Authorized End Users. RESELLER agrees not to resell, distribute or sublicense SPLINTERNET’s Software Copies to customers other than End Users, except where such customers are approved in writing in advance by SPLINTERNET; such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

Se a Licenciada recebeu o CD-ROM do Rosetta Stone Classroom ou Enterprise Version 3, o disco de aplicativo poderá ser retido pra backup. A Licenciada não poderá efetuar cópia de backup adicional do disco de aplicativo ou disco de dados de idiomas. B. Rosetta Stone Classroom Version 3, Rosetta Stone Enterprise Version 3 e Rosetta Stone TOTALe: Se a Licenciada adquiriu acesso online ao Produto Rosetta Stone (“Rosetta Stone Online”), a licença concedida pela Licenciante fornece à Licenciada o direito de acessar a versão online do Produto Rosetta Stone da seguinte forma: i. Licenças: O número máximo de Usuários Finais Autorizados do Produto Rosetta Stone foi especificado na confirmação de vendas eletrônicas ou no Portal Administrativo Online da Rosetta Stone, que foi disponibilizado ao Administrador do Portal na confirmação de vendas eletrônicas. Cada Usuário Final Autorizado deve especificar seu nome único ao acessar pela primeira vez o Rosetta Stone Online no contexto da licença especificada e tornar-se-á um único usuário sujeito às disposições acima. As informações referentes ao mecanismo de contagem estão disponíveis no Portal Administrativo Online da Rosetta Stone.
Authorized End Users. Authorized End Users have the rights set forth in SECTION 14.5(C) of the Agreement in connection with the license granted in SECTION 2.1 above.
