AUTHOR'S RIGHTS. Notwithstanding any terms or conditions to the contrary in any author agreement between Authors and Licensor, Authors affiliated with Licensee whose work (“Content”) is accepted for publication within the Licensed Materials shall retain the non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use their Content for scholarly and educational purposes, including self-archiving or depositing the Content in institutional, subject-based, national or other open repositories or archives (including the author’s own web pages or departmental servers), and to comply with all grant or institutional requirements associated with the Content. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the intent of the parties to this Agreement that Authors are third party beneficiaries of this provision of the Agreement. If the Licensor does not have the right to grant all rights under 3.11, these rights will apply exclusively to the content for which the Licensor does have such rights, as specified in the attached Schedule(s).
AUTHOR'S RIGHTS. The Author is hereby reserving the rights to use his or her article in the following ways, as long as Author acknowledges the original publication by the University of California Press, in standard bibliographic citation form, and does not sell it or give it away in a manner that would conflict directly with the business interests of the Press:

AUTHOR'S RIGHTS. Authorized Users may save and/or deposit in perpetuity parts of the Licensed Material of which they are the authors on any network including networks open to the public and to communicate to the public such parts via any electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web, and any other distribution medium now in existence or hereinafter created. If RPSGB does not have the right to grant all rights under 3.9, these rights will apply exclusively to the content for which RPSGB does have such rights, as specified in the attached Schedule(s).
AUTHOR'S RIGHTS. Following the publication of the Work in a conference collection by MU, the following shall apply:
a) in addition to using the Work as permitted by law, you shall, after permission is granted, retain the right to communicate the content of the Work to the public, i.e. to present or use the content, solely for non-commercial and educational purposes, provided that the primary MU publication is quoted as a source, both in electronic and printed form.
b) publishing the Work in a collection of your own copyrighted Works is possible, subject to obligatory notification prior to the realization of such publication.

Members and Authorized Users may use the Licensed Material to perform and engage in text mining/data mining activities for academic research and other educational purposes and allow Authorised Users to disseminate the results publicly for non-Commercial purposes. TRAINING AND MARKETING MATERIALS. Member Institutions and Authorized Users may display, download or print the Licensed Materials for the purpose of internal marketing or testing or for training Authorised Users.
AUTHOR'S RIGHTS. The Author retains the patent rights, trademark rights or rights to any process, product or procedure described in the Chapter.
AUTHOR'S RIGHTS. In granting permission to deposit the thesis in Eprints, I am also granting permission to make the thesis available on SRI Open Access, the University of Surrey's open-access, not-for-profit repository <xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xx.xx>, and the British Library EThOS repository xxxx://xxxxx.xx.xx, I understand that:
2.1 Rights granted to the University of Surrey, the British Library and the user of the thesis through this agreement are non- exclusive. I retain all rights in the Work in its present version or future versions.
2.2 Work deposited in SRI Open Access and with the British Library will be accessible to individuals and institutions via the Internet subject to the terms and conditions I grant below to the University of Surrey and the British Library and to the users of the thesis. I understand that, through the medium of the Internet, files will also be available to automated agents, and may be searched and copied by text mining and plagiarism detection software.
AUTHOR'S RIGHTS. UnMediated is an open-access journal. Unless you indicate otherwise, articles will be published with authors holding full copyright protection. You may also publish under a Creative Commons license (see xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses/); you can make a final decision on licensing prior to final publication. Work submitted cannot have been published previously and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
