Copyrighted Works definition

Copyrighted Works means literary, scientific and art works, including academic publications, scholarly books, articles, lectures, musical compositions, films, presentations and other materials or works other than software, which qualify for protection under the copyright law.
Copyrighted Works means all works of authorship that are fixed in a tangible medium, including software, documentation, semiconductor topography and mask works.
Copyrighted Works has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

More Definitions of Copyrighted Works

Copyrighted Works means original works of authorship, including, without limitation, computer programs (in source code, object code or other form), notes, sketches, drawings and reports.

Copyrighted Works means works of authorship which are owned by RBP and fixed in a tangible medium of expression including, without limitation, the content of the Manual, the design elements of the Marks, RBP’s product packaging, the content and design of RBP’s web site, and RBP’s advertising and promotional materials.
Copyrighted Works shall include all works of authorship that are fixed in a tangible medium that are used, have been used, or are currently proposed to be used in the business of Target.
