Auto. A business auto policy providing a liability limit of at least $1,000,000 per accident for Contractor and $1,000,000 per accident for Sub-contractors and covering owned, non- owned and hired automobiles.
Auto. The Company shall provide you with a monthly automobile allowance in the amount of $650. Additionally, the Employee will be reimbursed for miles driven on company business at the applicable reimbursement rate that is set from time to time by the Company.
Auto. During the term of Employee’s employment hereunder, the Company will continue to provide Employee automobile benefits consistent with the Company’s existing policy, or a comparable benefit through participation in Medrad’s automobile lease or allowance programs available to its executives.

Additionally, the Employee will be reimbursed for miles driven on Company business at the applicable reimbursement rate that is set from time to time by the Company.
Auto. Employer shall provide to Employee an automobile allowance of $850.00 per month during the Employment Term in order to defray Employee's automobile expenses incurred in the performance of Employee's duties, but shall not be obligated to provide Employee with an automobile.
Auto. The Executive shall be entitled to the use of a ---- Bank-provided automobile. It is contemplated the Bank shall provide the Executive with a leased automobile and reimbursement for ordinary expenses associated with the use of the automobile, such as maintenance and insurance.

Auto. If a Company User or representative of Company will be driving on University property, then Business Automobile Insurance with coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
Auto. XXXXXX agrees to pay XXXXXX the sum of $16,665 to compensate him for the loss of his company automobile, within fifteen (15) business days after the later of (i) the Effective Date (as defined in Paragraph 3 of this Severance Agreement), and (ii) the date XXXXXX returns the automobile to the dealer as provided in the applicable leasing agreement.
