Automated Clearing House (ACH. The Automated Clearing House Service (“Service”) allows you to initiate ACH entries. You will enter into a separate agreement with the Bank for this Service. Please call our Cash Management Department at (000) 000-0000 to apply for this Service.
Automated Clearing House (ACH. DEBIT
1. Enter your bank’s name and address.
2. Enter the bank account number of the business and check the appropriate box for “Checking” or “Savings”.
3. Enter your bank’s Routing/Transfer number.
4. Enter the name of your bank’s authorized representative.
5. The authorized representative of your bank listed in Part “B” and an authorized official of the business must sign and date this form. NOTE: Before any debit entries are made to your bank account, you must first initiate the debit by calling the State’s Service Bureau at 0-000-000-0000 and indicate (1) the amount of tax to be paid by EFT, (2) your Taxpayer ID or FEIN, (3) the tax type code, and (4) your monthly withholding tax period ending date. An information packet will be mailed to you from Bank of America after you register for EFT.

Automated Clearing House (ACH. File - An electronic file, produced by FLAIR and transmitted to the State’s treasury provider by DFS, which contains payment information and is used to settle account balances with the Contractor.
Automated Clearing House (ACH. ACH is U.S. Bank’s preferred payment method. Signing up for ACH eliminates postal delays and allows U.S. Bank to pay you (vendor) through an automated electronic deposit into your preferred checking account. Funds are credited within 1-2 business days of the payment date for U.S. Bank account holders and 3-5 business days for non-U.S. Bank account holders. A remittance advice detailing the invoice number(s), date and dollar amount will be sent to you via e-mail if an e- mail address is provided or by mail when the payment has been sent electronically to your account. Please acquire your routing number and account number from a check (not from a deposit slip).

If you are approved for ACH, you agree to comply with the Operating Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”), and the rules of the Federal Reserve Bank (“Federal Reserve”), collectively the “Rules”, as amended from time to time. The terms of this Agreement shall in no way limit your obligation of complying with the Rules. Automated Clearing House (ACH. Shawnee County prefers to pay its vendor invoices via electronic funds transfers through the automated clearing house (ACH) network. Shawnee County may require vendors to accept payments via ACH. To initiate payment of invoices, vendors shall execute the County's standard ACH Vendor Payment Authorization Agreement. Upon verification of the data provided, the Payment Authorization Agreement will authorize the County to deposit payment for services rendered or goods provided directly into vendor accounts with financial institutions. All payments shall be made in United States currency.
Automated Clearing House (ACH. If offered, you may initiate or receive credits or debits to your account via ACH transfer. You agree that if you receive funds by an ACH transfer, the Credit Union is not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your periodic statement. Credit given by the Credit Union to you with respect to an ACH credit entry is provisional until the Credit Union receives final settlement for such an entry through a Federal Reserve Bank. If the Credit Union does not receive such final settlement, you are hereby notified and agree that the Credit Union is entitled a refund of the provisional amount credited to you in connection with such entry, and the party making payment to you, i.e. the originator of the entry, via such entry shall not be deemed to have paid you the amount of such entry. The Credit Union (and other institutions) may rely on the account or other identifying number you give as the proper identification number, even if it identifies a different party or institution. ACH transactions are governed by the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Under those rules, the Credit Union is not required to give next day notice to you of receipt of an ACH item, and the Credit Union will not do so. However, the Credit Union will continue to notify you of the receipt of ACH payments in your periodic statement. Also, if you have revoked your authorization for previously authorized ACH transactions, the Credit Union will not be responsible for the unauthorized ACH debits to your account if you fail to notify us in writing within fifteen (15) days after we mail or make available to you the statement containing that entry.
Automated Clearing House (ACH. This agreement is subject to Article 4A of the Uniform Com- mercial Code-Fund Transfers as adopted in the Common- wealth of Xxxxxxxxxxxx.Xxx agree to be bound by automated clearing house rules.These rules provide that payments made to you are provisional until final settlement is made through a Federal Reserve Bank or payment is otherwise made as provided in Article 4A-403(a) of the Uniform Commercial Code. If we do not receive such payment, we are entitled to a refund from you in the amount credited to your account and the party originating such payment will not be considered to have paid the amount so credited. If we receive a credit to an account you have with us by ACH, we are not required to give you any notice of the credit.
Automated Clearing House (ACH. Items: We will not provide you with next day notice of receipt of ACH transfers to your account. You will continue to receive notices of receipt of ACH items in the periodic account statements which we provide. You may of course inquire between receipt of periodic statements whether or not a specific funds transfer has been received. A Business Account is limited to the next business day from the Settlement Date to return an unauthorized ACH Entry. Thus, when you are the owner of a Business Account, you must practice ordinary care with managing your Account activity on a daily basis. You may access your Account details by way of our Online Banking, Mobile Banking and/or Automated Telephone Banking services.
