Automatic and Manual Fire Fighting Equipment. This Facility operates with 30 ABC-type fire extinguishers. The wall mounting unit must adhere to all fire codes and include a breakable front cover. The required fire extinguishers shall be onsite and maintained at the commencement of this Contract. If any of the extinguishers are damaged, stolen, missing or inoperable during this Contract term, they are to be replaced and/or maintained at the Contractor’s expense within 30 Days. The Contractor shall test the fire suppression system and flush the system annually during the Term of the Contract. The service report must be submitted to NYCDOT after each year’s test. The Contractor’s failure to replace and/or maintain any of the extinguishers and/or cabinets or failure to flush out and test the fire suppression system within the specified time frame shall result in the Contractor being subject to the assessment of liquidated damages of $100.00 per day. (When applicable) The contractor shall provide inspection, testing and maintenance service to the Fire Alarm system and its associated components included but not limited: The Automatic Initiating Devices including the smoke detectors, Air sampling, Duct smoke detectors, sprinkler water flow switches (wet/dry) and C/O Detectors. The Manual Initiating Devices including the manual pull stations and the warden stations. The Notification Devices including the speakers, the speakers/strobes and the strobe lights. The Life Safety Functions including the Electro-Mechanical device (HVAC shutdown, Elevator recall, Door release, etc.) The Interface Equipment including the main fire control panel, remote control panels (AMP & power rack, strobe control panels, sub-systems, RUT/DGP/TTB, ETC.) and the fire pump monitoring modules. Failure to do so shall result in the contractor being subject to the assessment of liquidated damages of $100.00 per day.

Failure to do so will result in the Contractor being subject to the assessment of liquidated damages of $100.00 per day. 5. Roll Down Gates (if applicable) The Contractor is required to maintain the roll down gates, if applicable, and provide a response to all emergency calls 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. The Contractor is required to make the repair(s) within 2 hours of the reported failed condition. Preventive maintenance is required to be performed once a year. Failure to do so shall result in the Contractor being subject to the assessment of liquidated damages of $100.00 per day.

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Filing Systems and Equipment A complete and comprehensive catalog of filing systems including vertical and lateral files, bookcases, mobile cabinets and freestanding file cabinets.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Ownership and Location of Metering Equipment The Metering Equipment to be constructed, the capability of the Metering Equipment to be constructed, and the ownership thereof, are identified on the attached Schedule C to this ISA.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.
