Automatic Payment Agreement. You agree that by using the autobill service you will be responsible for tracking your usage and giving notification to Mambo2Fitness to stop payments when you wish to discontinue the service. You agree that Mambo2Fitness is not responsible for tracking your usage or intended usage of the membership. You agree that the minimum term on Autobill subscriptions is ONE month. S So long as the frequency and dollar amount of payments remains the same, no notice of payments due will be furnished while the Agreement is in effect, except, if any charge pursuant to this agreement is not paid, Mambo2Fitness will send notice of past due payments. This Agreement shall remain in effect unless and until you provide written notice of termination to Mambo2Fitness. Dance tuitions are set by the individual instructors and paid at the beginning of the session. The tuition covers classes as outlined in the specific program announcement. Registration can be made on the first or second class of the session but is the same price.

  • Automatic Payments You can agree with a seller who accepts PayPal to use PayPal as the payment method for future purchases with that seller.
