AUTOMATIC RESIGNATION. The following constitute voluntary resignation: A. Written notice of resignation. B. An Employee failing to report to work for three (3) consecutive working days without notice to the Employer. However, if after investigation, it is found that the Employee had a reasonable excuse for such absence from duty he/she shall be reinstated and will not suffer any loss of earned benefits. C. An Employee failing to report within 5 work days of recall notice sent by certified mail, or immediately upon return of undelivered mail, shall be deemed a voluntary quit. The Employee shall keep a proper address and phone number with the department.
