AUTOMOBILE STIPEND. Employer shall pay Employee four hundred dollars ($400) per month as an automobile allowance which shall be treated by Employee as additional income for income tax purposes. Employee shall maintain adequate personal automobile insurance during his employment which indicates Employee is the primary insurance carrier and file and keep a current copy of the insurance certificate with the Human Resource Director. Employee may utilize a City vehicle or receive the IRS mileage reimbursement rate as provided for all City employees for extended trips outside the Mesa County.

AUTOMOBILE STIPEND. During the term of his employment hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to a stipend of at least an aggregate amount of $750.00 per month, to cover the expenses associated with leasing or owning an automobile; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Executive shall properly account therefor on his federal and applicable state tax returns and related documentation in accordance with the requirements for federal income tax deductibility and the Company's policies and procedures.
AUTOMOBILE STIPEND. With respect to expenses incurred by the Treasurer in the use of his personal automobile, the Board will pay the Treasurer a monthly stipend of Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars and No Cents ($275.00), subject to all applicable payroll and income tax withholdings and payments. The Board shall reimburse the Treasurer for all other actual and necessary travel and other expenses incurred in the performance of his official duties, subject to such limitations as are provided by law, by Board policy, and approval of the Board President.
AUTOMOBILE STIPEND. The University shall provide the President with a monthly automobile stipend of $1000.00 suitable for the University President. The President is responsible for payment of tax associated with receipt of the automobile stipend that is deemed to be gross income to President. The Board will authorize and provide insurance for the President's automobile in an amount not to be less than current property and casualty insurance package limits to the President. The President and other approved drivers shall be named insureds.
AUTOMOBILE STIPEND. $300 per year secretarial automobile stipend @ 1 per administrative office. Each building administrator will determine in conjunction with the secretarial staff the employee to receive the stipend.

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.

  • Automobile The Company agrees to reimburse the Employee up to $750.00 per month, as such amount may be increased from time to time consistent with the Company’s reimbursement policy for the Senior Management of the Company to cover Employee’s expenses in connection with his leasing or ownership of an automobile. Additionally, the Company will pay for the gas used for business purposes. All maintenance and insurance expense for the automobile shall be the responsibility of the Employee.

  • Car 7.1 You will be provided you with a car of suitable age, make, model and specification during the continuance of your employment in accordance with the policy laid down by the Company from time to time and the Company shall pay all standing and running costs relating to it (including the cost of fuel for private mileage) but not any taxable benefit arising.
