Availability of Reports. The General Partner shall have satisfied its obligations under Section 9.2.A and 9.2.B hereof by posting or making available the reports required by this Section 9.2 on the website maintained from time to time by the Partnership or the General Partnership provided that such reports are able to be printed or downloaded from such website.
Availability of Reports. The Monthly Reports and Distribution Reports shall be made available to the Persons entitled to such reports via the Trustee's website. The Trustee's website shall initially be located at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxx. Persons who are unable to use the above distribution option are entitled to have a paper copy mailed to them via first class mail by calling the Trustee's investor relations desk. The Trustee shall have the right to change the method such reports are distributed in order to make such distribution more convenient and/or more accessible to the Persons entitled to such reports, and the Trustee shall provide timely notification (in any event, not less than 30 days) to all such Persons. As a condition to access to the Trustee's internet website, the Trustee may require registration and the acceptance of a disclaimer. The Trustee shall not be liable for the information it is directed or required to disseminate in accordance with this Indenture. The Trustee shall be entitled to rely on but shall not be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information provided in the information set forth in the Monthly Report and the Distribution Report and may affix thereto any disclaimer it deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion. Upon written request of any Holder, the Trustee shall also provide such Holder copies of reports produced pursuant to this Indenture and the Collateral Management Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Initial Purchaser shall be entitled to receive or have access to the Monthly Reports and Distribution Reports.
Availability of Reports. Any report required pursuant to subsection 10.7.5 of this Article, when approved by Chief and Council, shall be provided to the Trustees within ninety (90) days of the end of the fiscal year, and notice, that such report is available on request to any Member or any Party, shall be posted on Reserve in conspicuous places including the general administration office.
Availability of Reports. During the period between the date hereof and the earlier of the Effective Date or the termination of this Agreement, WSB will deliver to Umpqua reasonably promptly upon preparation copies of: (i) approved minutes of meetings of WSB's and of each of the WSB Banks' shareholders, Board of Directors, and management or director committees; (ii) each of the WSB Banks' loan committee reports and reports of loan delinquencies, foreclosures and other adverse developments regarding loans; and (iii) reports to the WSB Banks' loan committee regarding developments with respect to other real estate owned or other assets acquired through foreclosure or action in lieu thereof.
Availability of Reports. The daily reports described in Exhibit "B" will normally be available to the User by 8:00 a.m., Mountain Time, on the first day on which the User is open for business after the day on which the data reflected on the reports was transmitted to FPS. If the User has on-line remote printing capability, FPS will, at the Users' request, transmit the daily reports to the User on-line. If the User does not have or elects not to use remote printing capability, the User shall have full responsibility for the pickup of reports from FPS' processing center in Provo, Utah, or at any remote printing facility of FPS which the User considers more convenient to it, whether using a common carrier or other courier. As a convenience to the User, FPS may from time totime, at its option and at the request of the User, deliver reports to the User at locations and for a fee to be agreed upon. If FPS delivers the reports and if agents of the User who are to receive the reports are not present at the time of delivery, the reports may nevertheless be left at the agreed locations and the User assumes all risk of loss with respect thereto, unless the User and FPS have agreed in writing in advance on some other procedure to be followed in the event of absence of the User's agents. The User may use the on-line mode to generate reports in addition to those described in Exhibit "B."
Availability of Reports. Except for data determined to be confidential under Section 308 of the CWA, all reports prepared in accordance with the terms of this permit shall be available for public inspection at the offices of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality and the Regional Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. As required by the CWA, effluent data shall not be considered confidential. Knowingly making any false statement on any such report may result in the imposition of criminal penalties as provided for in Section 309 of the CWA.
Availability of Reports. The Defendant agrees to make the Monitor’s Final Reports, which are filed with the Court, publicly available by electronic means on the Piedmont Regional Jail’s website within 10 business days after the Reports are filed.
Availability of Reports. The Buyer has made available to each Stockholder its Annual Report (10K) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006 and its Quarterly Reports (10Q) for the fiscal quarters ending March 31, 2007 and June 30, 2007.

At the request of Series J or the Managing Owner, the Trading Advisor and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates promptly shall make available to Series J and the Managing Owner copies of the normal monthly and annual, as the case may be, written reports reflecting the performance of accounts advised, managed, owned, or controlled by the Trading Advisor and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates that are traded pursuant to the Program or a program that is substantially the same as the Program (subject to the need to preserve the secrecy of customer names and other identifying information). At the request of Series J or the Managing Owner, the Trading Advisor promptly shall deliver to Series J and the Managing Owner a satisfactory written explanation, in the judgment of Series J, of differences, if any, in the performance between Series J’s Account and other accounts traded pursuant to the Program or a program that is substantially similar to the Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Managing Owner and Series J agree and accept that the investment performance of Series J’s Account may differ from the investment performance of other accounts, if any, traded pursuant to the Program or a program that is substantially similar to the Program due to: (i) the Allocated Assets falling below the minimum target size specified in Section 6(d)(ii)(G); (ii) the frequency and timing of additions and withdrawals of Allocated Assets; (iii) different management, incentive and counterparty fees and costs associated with the Account; (iv) relative differences in account balances which could result in different relative position sizes and rounding errors due to the standardized sizes of certain instruments traded; (v) trading following additions or withdrawals of capital to an account; (vi) tax, legal or regulatory requirements, including the need to trade different instruments due to such requirements; (vii) restrictions on the use of securities or exclusion of instruments and/or certain trading models; (viii) different cash management and foreign exchange hedging strategies, the fees associated with managing cash assets and the amount of interest earned with respect to such cash assets; (ix) periodic rebalancing of the Account and any other accounts employing any of the strategies or models utilized by the Account; (x) any actions taken pursuant to Section 7(b); (xi) any instructions and restrictions imposed by the Managing Owner or Series J; and (x...
