Awardees. The Government also reserves the right to reissue the RFP any time during the period of performance of this contract to include new contractors if any of the initial contractor awardees are no longer included in this contract.

  • Participants The Lender and its participants, if any, are not partners or joint venturers, and the Lender shall not have any liability or responsibility for any obligation, act or omission of any of its participants. All rights and powers specifically conferred upon the Lender may be transferred or delegated to any of the Lender's participants, successors or assigns.

  • GRANTEE Grantee will be in default under this Grant upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • The Award All compensation awarded for any taking, whether for the whole or a portion of the Leased Premises, shall be the sole property of the Landlord whether such compensation shall be awarded for diminution in the value of, or loss of, the leasehold or for diminution in the value of, or loss of, the fee in the Leased Premises, or otherwise.   • Optionee Whenever the word “Optionee” is used in any provision of this Agreement under circumstances where the provision should logically be construed, as determined by the Administrator, to apply to the estate, personal representative or beneficiary to whom this Option may be transferred by will, by the laws of descent and distribution, or pursuant to a qualified domestic relations order as defined in Code section 414(p), the word “Optionee” shall be deemed to include such person.

  • Eligible Employees Regular and probationary, full time and less than full-time employees (on a pro rata basis) are eligible to participate in this program. Sec. 903 COURSES ELIGIBLE: The following criteria will be used in determining eligibility for reimbursement:

The Incentive Award is calculated annually by taking the Director's Annual Fees for the Plan Year in which the XXX and Earnings Growth was calculated times the Incentive Award Percentage.

  • Termination of Employment or Services Except as set forth herein, if the Participant’s employment with, membership on the board of directors of, or engagement to provide services to, the Company or any of its Affiliates terminates for any reason, all unvested RSUs shall be canceled immediately and the Participant shall not be entitled to receive any payments with respect thereto.
