Onsite Training. For any cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled onsite training, Granicus, at its sole discretion, may invoice the Client for one hundred (100) percent of the purchased training costs and all travel expenses, including any incurred third party cancellation fees. Subsequent training will need to be purchased and scheduled at the previously quoted pricing.
Onsite Training. If onsite training is included as part of the website project, Tempest will provide training to the Client’s staff at the Client’s business location, covering the features, use and other information regarding Website Project. For onsite training the Client will be billed the reasonable cost of travel (“Travel Expenses”). Limitation on Training - Each training session is limited to 10 staff members per trainer.
Onsite Training. If Customer purchases Onsite Training (“Onsite Training”), the Parties agrees to the following additional terms and conditions: 1. Customer agrees to make the facility available 30 minutes before the start of the Onsite Training. 2. Customer will not alter the mutually agreed upon work schedule, which usually takes approximately 6 hours (generally 8 am – 3 pm, local time with a 1 hour lunch break) without Xxxxxx’s prior written consent, 3. Customer agrees that the number of attendees of Onsite Training will not exceed 20 per session including 1 site administrator. 4. Customer agrees to provide the attendees (or have the attendees provide) their own computers, projector, and internet access. For sessions involving Xxxxxx’s GradeQuick, that Customer’s attendees will arrive with the appropriate web gradebook plug-in installed on their computers. Any GradeQuick administrative tools will only be available to run in the Microsoft Windows environment. 5. Customer agrees to provide the attendees with access to power strips. 6. Customer agrees to provide parking for one car, along with instructions regarding the parking location, at least 2 weeks in advance of the onsite training.
Onsite Training. Customer is responsible for providing appropriate training facilities for the training delivery, including without limitation Internet connectivity, student access to a Demo Account to which Customer may be granted access (pursuant to Section 3.3 above Access to Demo Account), projector, student computers and other reasonable classroom amenities. If CG2 utilizes a third-party training room for onsite training, Customer is responsible for the training room and associated costs.
Onsite Training. Upon company request, conduct training sessions in field of Interventional cardiology at Physician’s facility for participants selected by company. An Onsite Training session shall include the following. • Active participation by the Physician in the demonstration/performance of the procedure. • Discussion on pre-op and post-op x-rays • Share his/her experience, knowledge and skills of managing any complexities • Surgical tips and pearls, do’s and don’ts to be exchanged • Surgeon to share his/her own surgery videos for teaching purpose • Participants should not be allowed to perform surgery in OT

Onsite Training. Onsite training is billed at a day rate. A ‘day’ is defined as a standard business day of at most 8 hours (excluding a meal break). Hours beyond that definition will be billed additionally at current after-hours consulting rates. Airfare or equivalent travel for Onsite Training is billed separately, as incurred by Curve. Client is responsible for non- refundable airfare fees and one day of services fees for all services cancelled or rescheduled less than 7 days prior to the start of the services.
Onsite Training. Vendor agrees to provide onsite training of the CCM software. A. County agrees to provide the use of its facility (classroom, courtroom, etc.) with computers large enough to comfortably seat all persons scheduled for training during that week. At minimum, the facility must contain a power outlet, a desk or small table for projection purposes, and a large table(s) or desk(s) at which students may sit comfortably, take notes, and participate in class discussion. B. Onsite training will cost a total of eight thousand ($8,000.00) for four days of onsite training, including expenses.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • General Training 417. The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.
