Background on implementation. The Central European Region consists of 18 Range States, of the 12 Contracting Parties, five provided feedback towards this report. Serbia was the only non-Party Range State which contributed to this report.

Background on implementation. The AEWA Eastern Europe Region includes 10 Range States (European Russia, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan) and the European Union. Contracting Parties in the Region: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and the European Union. The total area of the region: 5, 2 million km2; population: about 200 million. Number of Range States that provided feedback to this report: eight (including EU). The information for this report was collected through the National Focal Points for AEWA/CMS or other relevant experts/organizations. Waterbird conservation issues and problems are very varied amongst the AEWA Range States of Eastern Europe. Therefore for practical reasons the presented information in this report is compiled separately for several sub-regions of Eastern Europe.

  • Background Screening VENDOR shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes, and all of its personnel who (1) are to be permitted access to school grounds when students are present, (2) will have direct contact with students, or (3) have access or control of school funds, will successfully complete the background screening required by the referenced statutes and meet the standards established by the statutes. This background screening will be conducted by SBBC in advance of VENDOR or its personnel providing any services under the conditions described in the previous sentence. VENDOR shall bear the cost of acquiring the background screening required by Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes, and any fee imposed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to maintain the fingerprints provided with respect to VENDOR and its personnel.   • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement.
