First Aid Attendant Employees who take time off at the direction of the Employer to take a recognized Industrial First Aid Program shall not suffer a loss of regular pay.
Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.
First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.
Perfect Attendance Regular full-time employees, who do not utilize any sick leave in pay periods 1 through 26 consecutively (or 27 when applicable) and who do not record any sick leave without pay, absent without pay, Medical Emergency Leave, or military leave during those consecutive pay periods shall be reimbursed up to a maximum of $299 for an annual individual (employee only) health club membership. Health club membership cost must be incurred and submitted for reimbursement within a reasonable period of time from when it was awarded. In lieu of the reimbursement, the employee has the option of utilizing sixteen (16) hours of perfect attendance leave, no cash-out provision, from the pay period the perfect attendance leave is credited to the employee’s leave balances until the end of pay period 26 (or 27 when applicable) of that year. Failure to utilize perfect attendance leave by pay period 26 (or 27 when applicable) of the year in which it was credited to the employee’s leave balances or if an employee is appointed to a position in an occupational unit that does not contain a perfect attendance leave provision shall result in forfeiture of the same.
Time and Attendance Proper monitoring and certification of employee work time is necessary for a Telework program to be successful. Supervisors must review and ensure that you are paid only for hours worked, and that appropriate leave is used for absences during scheduled work hours. Supervisors must take those steps necessary to ensure that Teleworkers are working when scheduled, such as regular reviews of work, regular update calls with employees and other methods of tracking performance. Supervisors will be responsible for the pre-approval of overtime and work schedule changes.
Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.
Tuition The Charter School shall not charge tuition or fees to its students except as may be authorized for local boards pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 20-2-133.
SCHOOLING The Parents agree to work together to ensure that the Child(ren) receive a quality education and shall cooperating in making decisions regarding the Child(ren)’s education. The Parents shall share information about the Child(ren)’s academic progress and shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Child(ren) complete assigned homework and projects.
School Day A. The length of the school day shall be seven (7) hours and five (5) minutes inclusive of the arrival and departure time.
Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.
