Common use of BARGAINING AGENCY Clause in Contracts

BARGAINING AGENCY. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees employed by 0894046 B.C. Ltd., with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement, except and excluding the Store Administrator who does not perform any bargaining unit work, and the position of Front Store Manager (one (1)) who can perform bargaining unit work. It is not the intent of this change to expand the current practice of the Front Store Manager.

BARGAINING AGENCY. 1.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency Collective Bargaining Agency for all employees employed in the present and future retail establishments owned and/or operated by 0894046 B.C. Ltd.the Employer in the present store at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Vancouver, or the redeveloped store at that site with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement, except and excluding Bakery Production Workers who may be under separate certification and employees working in the Store Administrator who does not perform any bargaining unit work, and the position of Front Store Manager (one (1)) who can perform bargaining unit work. It is not the intent of this change to expand the current practice of the Front Store ManagerMeat Department.

It is not the intent of this change to expand the current practice of the Front Assistant Store Manager, up to five (5) Department Supervisors, Pharmacists and those persons above the rank of Department Supervisor.

Ltd.the Employer at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, with respect to rates of payXxxx XxXxxxxx, wagesXxxxxxx, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this AgreementT9H 4N6, except and excluding those in the Store Administrator who does not perform any bargaining unit workmeat sections, and the position of Front Store Manager (one (1)) who can perform bargaining unit work. It is not the intent of this change to expand the current practice of the Front Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Interns, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager(s), Bakery Manager, Produce Manager, Grocery Manager.

It is not the intent of this change to expand the current practice of the Front Store Manager.
