Common use of Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Committee. Employees shall be represented by a bargaining committee of not more than two (2) members. Members of the bargaining committee shall all be seniority employees within the bargaining unit and shall be selected in any manner determined by the Union.
