Common use of Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Committee. a) A Bargaining Committee shall be appointed and shall consist of not more than five (5) members of the Corporation, as appointees of the Corporation, and not more than five (5) members of the Union, as appointees of the Union.
