Common use of Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Committee. The Union's bargaining committee shall consist of the Local President, Local Chief Xxxxxxx, (1) regular employee from Pew Campus and Regional Centers and not more than one (1) regular employee from two (2) other representation districts. With prior mutual agreement between the University and the Union, an additional regular employee may be added to the committee. Such committee may also include representatives from Council 25 and/or the International Union.
