Bargaining Unit Business. 24.01 The Association agrees to conduct its business off the job as much as possible. This Article shall not operate as to prevent a xxxxxxx from the proper conduct of any grievance in accordance with the procedures outlined in this Agreement nor to prevent certain routine business such as the posting of Association notices and bulletins. When Association business is conducted during working hours, employees shall first obtain permission from their immediate supervisor.
