Common use of Bargaining Unit Lists Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Unit Lists. The Board shall make available to the Union for its use a list of all bargaining unit members on or about the fifteenth (15th) student attendance day of the Fall and Spring semesters. The Union will review and make final corrections to this list by the twenty-third (23rd) student attendance day of the Fall and Spring Semesters. These lists shall include address, phone number (if available), applicable bargaining unit job title, and course schedule for each adjunct faculty member.
