Bargaining Unit Membership Retained. Except as otherwise provided herein, an Employee whose assignment has been reduced shall continue to be a member of the bargaining unit and covered by this collective agreement.
Bargaining Unit Membership Retained. Job sharing will only be approved when requested by existing Employees with regular status, and those employed in job sharing situations will continue to be members of the bargaining unit and covered by the Collective Agreement.
