Bargaining Unit Recognition. 2.1 The City hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of all full-time, regular part-time and temporary Information Technology Professional B and C positions employed by the City of the Seattle in the following Departments: Seattle City Light, Seattle Information Technology Department, Finance & Administrative Services, Seattle Fire Department, Human Services Department, Seattle Municipal Court, Department of Neighborhoods, Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections, Seattle Police Department, Seattle Department of Transportation, and Seattle Public Utilities, excluding supervisors, confidential employees, and all other employees.
